The Belforno 56" Pizza Oven Kit is Belforno's commercial oven. Listed as UL and NSF certified, this oven is qualified for professional use. The Belforno 56 is an energy-efficient and cost-effective solution to your pizzeria or restaurant. Made in the Italian tradition and using the finest refractory ceramic materials, this oven kit is easy to assemble. Add your own unique and individual finishing touches to the outside layer like mosaic tile, stucco plaster or stone (not included). Or simply build within a structure or enclosure and add a brick facade. Available as a wood-fired pizza oven or convert it into gas by adding one of Belforno's Italian Vamparossa gas burners*.
