Shipping

Like many other companies, we are experiencing some delays in shipping orders, but we are working diligently to ship as quickly as we can. Thank you for your patience at this time and apologize for any inconvenience.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order with Bella Pizza Ovens, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your product is in stock we will process the charges to your credit card and submit the order for shipment usually within five to seven (5-7) business days.

 

Order Shipment & Tracking

Transit time depends on your location but typically takes five to ten (5-10) business days. Please note that transit delays may occasionally occur due to extraordinary circumstances beyond our control. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six (6) business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@bellapizzaovens.com.

 

Shipping and Freight Delivery

We ship orders through USPS, UPS, DHL and Fed-Ex to the continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or any U.S. territories. Currently, we offer free shipping on select ovens over $500, giving you huge savings on most of the pizza oven brands we offer.

Most of our ovens (more than 150 lbs) are shipped via freight. Economically, less-than truckload (LTL) small freight shipping is the chosen option and residential deliveries use a truck with a liftgate. LTL deliveries are lowered to the ground in front of your residence at the curb only. The LTL service does not include the front door, porch, garage, home interior, backyard or construction site. In most cases the carrier will call you to make a delivery appointment or assign a delivery date. Please use the tracking information sent to your email for detailed information about when your shipment is expected to arrive.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be available via phone or email to arrange a scheduled appointment to receive and sign for the package(s). If no one is available for a scheduled appointment or to accept the delivery, the driver can leave the shipment at the first accessible area outside the home, such as the driveway. If the scheduled appointment has to be rescheduled any redelivery charges incurred will be billed to the customer.

Damaged Shipment and Returns

The majority of deliveries have no damage and are accepted and signed for without any issues. However, we ask that you please inspect your package(s) upon receipt and make note of any damage(s) on the Bill of Lading (BOL) from the shipper. It is the customer’s responsibility to fully inspect the package(s) for potential damage during transit. Failure to note damages on the BOL will release Bella Pizza Ovens, the shipper and insurance of all liability. Please take as many photos as needed of the shipment to use as documented proof of the package(s) condition. You have the right to refuse delivery if the shipment is damaged. Please review detailed instructions for damaged shipments on our Return Policy page under "Damaged, Defective or Missing Parts".

If you authorize the freight company to leave your delivery without a signature, Bella Pizza Ovens cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces. Requesting a shipper to leave your delivery without an inspection is equivalent to a signature accepting the delivery in good condition.

IMPORTANT: You have 48 hours to call us to report delivery damage. Damaged items must be documented on the BOL before the shipping company leaves your premises. Each supplier has a different return policy so it is imperative to contact us as soon as possible. A return initiated after the return policy deadline of your particular brand will not be eligible for a refund. Backorders

Bella Pizza Ovens makes every effort to keep inventory current. However, with supply chain issues to suppliers, inventory fluctuates and is difficult to predict. If there is an oven you would like to purchase that is “backordered” or you simply want to know the inventory on a particular oven, please contact us and we can check current inventory immediately.
