Return Policy

Your shopping experience and product satisfaction are paramount to Bella Pizza Ovens. The majority of deliveries are accepted and signed for by our customers without any issues. However, we understand that a product can arrive damaged, be defective or have missing parts.

Products sold on this website are shipped directly from the vendor/supplier/manufacturer, therefore, all purchases are not eligible for preference-based returns. We accept returns of damaged or defective products unless we are able to resolve the issue by sending a replacement part. Returns of damaged or defective products must strictly adhere to our return policy and procedures.



  • Many of our suppliers offer different return policies and Bella Pizza Ovens must abide by those terms. Returns can be within 10 days or as much as 30 days from delivery, depending on the manufacturer. Please contact us for return details on your specific oven brand.
  • It is important that your return is treated with the utmost urgency so we may process a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number well in advance of the postmark deadlines of our suppliers.
  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, assembly instructions, manuals, tags and labels. Returns must not be installed or assembled.
  • Our suppliers only accept returns with a tracking number or return could be nullified.
  • If damaged upon receipt, please review “Damaged, Defective or Missing Parts” on this page for correct procedures.


Returns Process

  • To return an item, please email Customer Service at to obtain a RMA number, which is required in order to process your return. Our Customer Service will provide you detailed instructions on how to return your order.
  • If it is determined that the product must be returned you must supply us with an adequate number of photos of its current condition, for your protection, in case there is further damage on the return shipment.
  • Crate, carton and/or packaging including manuals, packing slips, parts, etc. must be included and packed securely.
  • After our supplier/manufacturer receives and inspects the return, your refund will be issued.
  • Refund will be issued to the original credit card used during purchase. Please note that credit card refunds may take 5-10 business for the refund to show up on your statement.


Damaged, Defective or Missing Parts

  • Before signing for your oven and/or accessories, carefully inspect the packaging for any visible damage.
  • If your package arrives with significant damage please take photos of all sides of the shipment to document its condition and note "Shipment Damaged" on the Bill of Lading (BOL). You have the right to refuse delivery if the shipment is damaged. Please contact us immediately via email and include your complete name, shipping address and phone number and attach the photos to
  • If your package arrives with some minor damage to the packaging, please mark “Received with Possible Concealed Damaged” on the BOL when the delivery is signed for. If, upon opening and inspecting your oven and/or accessories, there is in fact some damage, please email us a copy of the BOL including the “Received with Possible Concealed Damaged” statement clearly visible. Please contact us immediately via email and include your complete name, shipping address and phone number. You must include an adequate number of photos to help us determine the extent of the damage so we can process an insurance claim on your behalf. We will work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
  • If your order has no visible signs of shipping damage, open it and inspect it to ensure it is complete and received in good condition. This must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your oven.
  • Depending on the extent of the damage we will either arrange for a replacement part to be sent to you or exchange the product, usually within five (5-7) business days, excluding shipping.
  • If we do not receive any report of damage or missing parts within 48 hours of signing for your order, we will consider the delivery complete and in good condition.
  • If it appears that a product is defective please notify Customer Service at We will work with our supplier to resolve the issue(s) or refer you directly to the supplier/manufacturer. Please include your complete name, shipping address and phone number if you are asked to leave a message.
  • Please keep all packaging materials in case the product has to be returned. It is your responsibility to ensure that any returned product is adequately packaged and protected from further damage during the return. Any damage that occurs during the return from inadequate packaging will result in additional charges.



Orders through Bella Pizza Ovens may be cancelled within 24 hours with no fees. If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, please call Customer Service at 682-738-4630. Any cancellation made after 24 hours from the initial purchase will be subject to a 5% (of the purchase price) cancellation fee whether or not the order has shipped. Consult our Return Policy if the order cannot be stopped. If your order has shipped and qualified for free shipping, all shipping costs (to and from) are deducted from the refund. Suppliers may request you to provide return shipping and may charge a restocking fee of 20%+ which will also be deducted from the refund, if applicable.
